About Us

The Fox Valley Humane Association (FVHA) is a full-service animal shelter and community resource center serving thousands of pets and their people each year. Founded in 1891, FVHA is the second oldest humane society in Wisconsin and is a locally based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to saving lives and strengthening the human-animal bond.

FVHA provides pet adoption, foster and volunteer programs, and stray animal services, along with community focused support such as low-cost vaccine clinics, spay and neuter assistance, and Trap-Neuter-Return for community cats. Working 24/7, FVHA is committed to removing barriers so pets can stay healthy, safe, and in loving homes.
